Job Shadowing: inspire students for your company in one day!

With the "Job Shadowing" offer, the KIT Career Service provides you with a direct line to potential junior employees.

Use the opportunity to give KIT students a personal insight into your company. Let the students look over your shoulder at work for a day and get them excited about your company You can create a profile in the Career Service Portal so that interested applicants can contact you directly.

Procedure

• After successfully booking the “Job Shadowing” service in the Career Service Portal, you have the option of creating a profile for your Job Shadowing offer for a period of one year.
• Candidates have the opportunity to select a Job Shadowing offer and apply on the Career Service Portal.
• You take on the entire selection of applications as well as the coordination of the desired Job Shadowing day on your own. We ask you to inform all candidates of an acceptance or rejection.
