Who is the scholarship for?

  • Master's students and doctoral candidates at KIT
  • from the fields of engineering and natural sciences,
  • who are about to enter professional life and are interested in the topic of leadership

What exactly do you do?

  • The development program comprises 8 module days on value-oriented personal development and good leadership
  • All participants receive three individual coaching sessions and the opportunity to take part in the "Leadership and Personality Academy"
  • After completing the program, participants are invited to network at LTA alumni events.

  • The Leadership Talent Academy is sponsored by the Karl Schlecht Foundation


The next round will start in the winter semester 2023/24. Unfortunately, the application period is over for this and the selection interviews will take place from September 4-8.
