The process of the Academy has strenuous and challenging elements; it requires that you spend time of the day alone in silence. Intensive biographical work, yoga and meditation are part of the program. In case of doubt, we ask that you also seek dialogue with us. In this way it can be avoided in advance that a situation arises at the Academy in which individual participants have to leave the Academy. And: Since the Academy is held in German, you must be able to speak German like a native speaker.

Please note: A separate application is required for participation in the Academy "Leadership and Personality". Participation in the Academy "Leadership and Personality" involves, among other things, costs for independent travel to and from the event, which must be borne by the participants.
