Leadership Talent Academy

Are you studying for a master's degree or a doctorate at the Karlsruhe Institute of Technology (KIT), do you come from an engineering or natural science background, are you about to enter professional life, and could you imagine taking on management responsibility later? Then take advantage of the Leadership Talent Academy to prepare yourself specifically for this within the framework of a value-oriented personality and career development.


The next round will start in the winter semester 2023/24. Unfortunately, the application period is over for this and the selection interviews will take place from September 4-8.
